Soulful Arrays respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and why.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, inquiry type, and message. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not sold to third parties.

Analytics

We run our own simple, first-party analytics. When you visit the site, we log the page you viewed and, if you add something to your cart, start checkout, or complete a purchase, that too. We also log an approximate location (city, region, and country, worked out from your connection) so we know roughly where orders are coming from. We never see or store your exact address or IP address from this, and none of it is sold or shared with advertisers. A random session ID is kept in your browser's session storage so we can tell repeat views apart during one visit; it clears when you close the tab.

Cookies

The shop uses one cookie to remember what is in your cart between pages. If you sign in, Clerk (our account provider) sets its own cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Payments

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our site or servers.
